Job Description – Restaurant Manager Sales & Target Achievement – Drive restaurant sales through strategic planning, upselling, and customer engagement to consistently achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. Business Development – Identify opportunities to increase footfall, enhance customer loyalty, and implement promotional activities to maximize profitability. Team Leadership – Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service standards, maintain discipline, and achieve sales goals. Operational Excellence – Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow, quality food service, and compliance with company SOPs. Customer Experience – Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction by handling feedback, resolving complaints, and ensuring repeat business. Inventory & Cost Control – Manage stock, minimize wastage, and ensure cost-effective purchasing to achieve higher margins. Financial Management – Monitor daily sales, prepare performance reports, control expenses, and contribute to profit & loss accountability. Compliance & Hygiene – Ensure adherence to health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations at all times. Marketing & Promotions – Coordinate with marketing teams for local promotions, events, and digital campaigns to boost visibility and sales. Performance Monitoring – Regularly evaluate staff and business performance, implement improvements, and ensure achievement of set KPIs.
