Company Description Gateway Restaurants LLP, incorporated in 2024, is a collaboration between two leading restaurant groups! Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chefs at OTOKI Restaurant in Mumbai. The Chefs will be responsible for preparing and cooking Japanese cuisine, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Daily tasks include managing kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Chefs will also be involved in training junior kitchen staff and contributing to the overall culinary strategy of OTOKI. Qualifications Experience in Japanese cuisine and culinary techniquesfood presentation skillsKnowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standardsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentRelevant culinary degrees or certificationsPrior experience in a high-end restaurant is a plus
