Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Chef located in Pune. The Restaurant Chef will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and ensuring the highest standards of food hygiene and service. The Chef will also be expected to plan and develop menus, manage kitchen staff, and maintain kitchen inventory. The role requires ensuring that food quality and presentation consistently meet Chillis Bar and Grill's standards. Qualifications Food Preparation and Cooking skills Knowledge and experience in maintaining Food Hygiene standards Proficiency in Culinary Skills and Food Service Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to work effectively in a team and manage kitchen staff Experience in menu planning and inventory management Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferable
