Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Restaurant & Bar Manager to join our team at Holiday Inn. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in managing restaurants and bars.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverages.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, including menu planning and promotions.
Manage staff schedules, train new employees, and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in the dining area.
Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to enhance the overall dining experience.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing restaurants and bars, with a minimum of 6 years in a similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail.
Knowledge of point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and cost control procedures.
Familiarity with local health and safety regulations and labor laws.
