Position -Resource Manager
Staffing & Allocation: Match available talent (internal and external) to project requirements based on skills, experience, and availability. Maintain an updated view of resource supply vs. demand across the company. Coordinate with project leads to understand staffing priorities, urgencies, and constraints. ¢ Track pipeline of open roles and proactively plan fulfilment. Onboarding & Off boarding: ¢ Facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding of full-time employees and Scholars ¢ Work with internal functions (IT, HR, IIS, Finance) to complete access, documentation, and systems provisioning. Required Skill ¢ Ensure compliance with legal and operational processes for contract/Scholars talent Reporting & Operations ¢ Maintain accurate and real-time resource allocation dashboards and trackers. ¢ Monitor and report utilization metrics, bench data, and availability heatmaps Track fulfillment metrics, including time-to-fill and allocation efficiency. Process Improvement & Documentation: ¢ Recommend improvements in bench processes (onboarding to bench, redeployment cycles, upskilling efficiency). ¢ Maintain SOPs, trackers, and status reports for leadership visibility
