To identify, evaluate, and secure suitable land parcels across India for establishing Nature Theme Resorts through long-term leasing arrangements. The role involves end-to-end responsibility — from scouting potential sites, negotiating with land owners, managing legal due diligence, and finalizing land lease agreements in alignment with company strategy and brand standards
· Identify and evaluate potential sites across India suitable for Nature Theme Resorts.
· Conduct feasibility studies including accessibility, topography, tourism potential, market demand, and environmental considerations.
· Liaise with local authorities, real estate agents, and consultants for land sourcing.
· Maintain a database of potential and shortlisted sites with evaluation metrics.
· Initiate and lead discussions with landowners/government agencies for long-term lease options.
· Negotiate lease terms ensuring commercial viability and legal compliance.
· Prepare comparative analysis and recommendations for management approval.
· Build and maintain a strong network of land aggregators, property consultants, and government contacts.
· Coordinate with legal advisors for title verification, due diligence, and compliance checks.
· Ensure all land lease agreements and documentation comply with local laws and company policies.
· Facilitate registration and other statutory requirements related to leased properties.
· Collaborate with internal teams (Projects, Legal, Finance, and Operations) for project onboarding and handover of finalized sites.
· Monitor project timelines related to land finalization and acquisition processes.
· Maintain transparent communication and reporting on project status and challenges.
· Contribute to developing a long-term site acquisition and leasing strategy for expansion.
· Identify high-potential tourism zones and emerging resort destinations.
· Provide inputs on government tourism policies, incentives, and land use norms.
· Strong understanding of real estate, hospitality, and tourism-based land development.
· Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
· Sound knowledge of land laws, lease structures, and registration procedures.
· Proficiency in MS Office, Google Maps, GIS tools (optional).
· Strong business acumen with analytical and strategic thinking.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Working Working Location - Hyderabad, Hitech City
· Working Days - Monday to Saturday - 6 Days working
