Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Taj Ganges, with 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Supervise and coordinate reservations staff activities to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and courteously.
  • Develop and implement effective reservation strategies to increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in reservations or a related field, preferably in hotels and restaurants.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
  • Familiarity with reservation systems and software is necessary.
  • A graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.
