Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Manager, based in the Greater Indore Area. The Reservations Manager will oversee daily reservation operations, manage customer inquiries, and ensure seamless guest booking experiences. Responsibilities include optimizing booking systems, analysing reservation trends, and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue. Additionally, the Reservations Manager will collaborate with front office and sales teams to ensure client satisfaction and implement customer service standards. Training team members and maintaining efficient internal communication will be key aspects of this role.


Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Reservations and Sales, with the ability to optimize booking systems and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills, with a focus on delivering a seamless guest experience and resolving inquiries promptly.
  • Proficiency in Training and mentoring team members to maintain high standards of operational excellence and teamwork.
  • An understanding of the hospitality industry, with experience in revenue management being an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and demonstrate strong organizational and leadership skills.
