Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Manager at Baymaas Lake House, located in Kochi. We’re looking for a Reservation Manager to join our team at Baymaas Lakehouse, a serene boutique retreat by the backwaters. The role involves handling guest reservations, managing online travel inventory (OTI), and ensuring seamless communication between guests and the operations team. Reservation Manager | Baymaas Lakehouse, Kochi Responsibilities: • Manage and confirm guest reservations via phone, email, and online platforms • Oversee and update listings across OTAs and booking portals • Coordinate with the front office and operations teams for guest arrivals and special requests • Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and guest details • Provide warm and prompt communication with all guests Requirements: • Strong communication and organizational skills • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online booking systems • Hospitality experience preferred, but not mandatory — training will be provided Work Schedule: • Monday to Saturday: Onsite at Baymaas Lakehouse • Sunday: Remote (calls only) If you’re detail-oriented, love interacting with guests, and enjoy being part of a warm, close-knit hospitality team, we’d love to hear from you.
