Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Reservations Manager to handle guest bookings our service apartments. The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls and email inquiries from potential guests.
• Handle bookings and calendar management across platforms like Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, and direct bookings.
• Maintain clear and courteous communication with guests throughout their stay cycle.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth check-in and guest experience.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, customer service.
• Familiarity with platforms like Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, Booking.com is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Email, and calendar tools.
• Friendly, detail-oriented, and self-driven personality.
