Key Responsibilities: - Clean and sanitize guest apartments, including bedrooms, living areas, and kitchens. - Ensure thorough cleaning and maintenance of toilets, showers, and washbasins. - Dust, mop, vacuum, and sweep all rooms and common areas. - Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock toiletries as needed. - Empty trash bins and ensure proper disposal of waste. - Clean and maintain lobbies, hallways, staircases, and other shared spaces. - Ensure common areas are neat, well-organized, and free from clutter. - Address guest requests for additional cleaning or supplies promptly and professionally. - Report any maintenance issues (e.g., broken fixtures, leaks) to the supervisor. - Follow all housekeeping and sanitation procedures to maintain a hygienic environment. - Adhere to safety guidelines when using cleaning equipment and chemicals. Qualifications Required: - Prior housekeeping experience in hotels, service apartments, or a similar setting is preferred but not mandatory. - Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and materials. - Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. - Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift/move light furniture if required. - Good time-management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
