Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Reservations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with skills in reservations.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and coordinate reservations efficiently.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of reservations and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in reservations.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
