Coordinate with the
Front Office and Sales teams
for room availability and special requests.
Upsell room categories and packages to maximize revenue opportunities.
Handle
amendments, cancellations, and payment follow-ups
efficiently.
Maintain records and prepare daily
reservation reports

Ensure adherence to
customer service standards
and company policies.
