Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for a research-driven creative Copywriter who can turn stories, industry trends, and audience insights into sharp, relatable content for social media, especially Instagram. 

You should love social media, have an eye for trends, and be able to turn simple ideas into sharp, relatable, and on-brand content that actually connects with people.

Key Responsibilities


  1. A strategic thinker, prolific writer, and at the very core of it all, a storyteller – someone with a unique lens to look at the world and its actions.
  2. Stay socio-politically informed and up to date with pop culture.
  3. An avid consumer of all kinds of copy and content.
  4. Effectively plan creative solutions and aid in the campaign strategy.
  5. Collaborate with the Business Development department to develop and propose value-added, creative interactive strategies and presentations for pitches to convert clients.
  6. Research and monitor Digital & New Media industry trends and competitor offerings to improve current offerings.
  7. Write short-form copy for

    Instagram Reels, posts, carousels, and stories

    that capture attention and drive engagement.
  8. Collaborate closely with the design and production teams to translate ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
  9. Maintain and evolve the brand’s tone of voice, consistent yet flexible across campaigns and formats.
  10. Conceptualise and research campaign ideas, post formats, and visual directions aligned with brand goals and ongoing trends.
  11. Review and edit content to ensure clarity, tone, and message alignment before publishing.


Skills Required


  • 1–3 years of experience in creative strategy, brand management, or content marketing
  • Strong research skills to monitor industry trends and competition.
  • Strong strategic thinking and storytelling skills.
  • Knowledge of socio-political issues and pop culture.
  • Ability to plan creative solutions and collaborate with the Business Development department to develop value-added, creative interactive strategies and presentations for pitches.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong design sensibility and aesthetic judgment - you don’t need to be a designer, but you must know what great design looks like
  • Strong attention to tone, sensitivity, and brand alignment across touchpoints
  • Highly organised — excels at tracking files, timelines, and documentation hygiene
  • Calm, proactive communicator who can follow up without chaos
  • Familiarity with mental health/wellness is a bonus but not required
