Who We Are

With BetterPlace, Co-Founders Pranjal Kanwar (Ex CEO - Carmudi Asia) and Pranav Mittal (Corporate Lawyer turned Entrepreneur, Harvard Law School, '18) are taking forward a 40-year legacy of successfully treating over 50,000 individuals at CIMBS Mental Hospital, founded by Dr Sunil Mittal, who is Head of Clinical Governance at BetterPlace.


Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for a sharp, well-rounded Integrated Marketing Lead with a strong visual sense and creative judgment to oversee execution across content, design, influencer campaigns, websites, and offline marketing assets — while keeping timelines tight and cross-functional teams aligned.

This is not a hands-on design or writing role — but you must have a strong aesthetic eye and a clear point of view on what looks good, what feels on-brand, and what needs to be pushed further. Whether it's a therapy kit, a performance marketing ad, a road signage, or a brochure, your job is to maintain quality, consistency, and clarity — even when others are executing the work.

If you’re someone who naturally spots what’s off in a layout or script, knows how to give constructive creative feedback, and can balance speed with taste, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Content Calendar Management

  • Collaborate with the social media agency to build monthly calendars
  • Review and approve all post formats — reels, carousels, captions, thumbnails
  • Ensure inputs from the clinical team are integrated into content and shoots
  • Schedule and publish content across Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Manage DMs, comments, and incoming queries from the online community
  • Plan and post Instagram stories in line with ongoing campaigns
  • Be present on shoot days to maintain visual and message quality

2. Influencer Marketing

  • Brainstorm influencer campaigns and content formats
  • Scout and evaluate influencers for brand fit and niche alignment
  • Reach out to influencers and manage end-to-end coordination
  • Brief influencers clearly and provide feedback on creative direction
  • Coordinate with influencer agency (if empanelled) for timelines and deliverables
  • Review influencer content to ensure tone, sensitivity, and visual consistency
  • Track output and approvals across all involved parties

3. Performance Marketing Creative Oversight

  • Write or refine scripts and captions for static and video ads
  • Coordinate with designers/editors to finalise creative assets
  • Scout actors (if required) and manage briefing + delivery
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing agency on insight-led briefs
  • Review campaign reports and performance summaries, and relay updates to leadership

4. Website Page Development

  • Source design and layout references for upcoming web pages
  • Review page designs and give layout/content feedback
  • Edit or improve copy for new landing pages or service pages
  • Oversee timely delivery from design/dev partners

5. Brand Assets & Offline Collateral

  • Create/edit critical operational documents: intake forms, brochures, prescription pads, banners, newspaper inserts, standees, posters, and seminar materials
  • Work with designers and clinical teams to finalise layouts and copy
  • Manage printing vendors, timelines, and invoice tracking for all physical assets
  • Ensure tone, layout, and brand alignment across all offline collateral


Skills Required

  • 3–5 years of experience in creative strategy, brand management, or content marketing
  • Strong design sensibility and aesthetic judgment — you don’t need to be a designer, but you must know what great design looks like
  • Ability to give clear, constructive feedback to designers, editors, and writers
  • Comfortable managing multiple agencies, timelines, and internal teams
  • Strong attention to tone, sensitivity, and brand alignment across touchpoints
  • Highly organised — excels at tracking files, timelines, and documentation hygiene
  • Calm, proactive communicator who can follow up without chaos
  • Familiarity with mental health/wellness is a bonus but not required
  • Tools: Google Workspace, Notion/Trello, Instagram/YouTube basics
