Manager - Staffing Sales

As a Manager, you will be accountable for achieving revenue targets for the region and driving year-on-year growth. Your role will involve acquiring new clients and bringing in new business to your assigned territory or vertical. As a Manager in Workforce Fulfilment / Staffing, you will be part of a dynamic team with the following details: - Number of Positions: 3 - Location: Bengaluru, Mumbai Your key responsibilities will include building headcount and generating revenue. You will be expected to acquire new clients within specific industries such as BFSI, Retail, and FMCG. Additionally, you will be responsible for mapping potential markets, onboarding new clients, and increasing revenue streams through collaboration with delivery teams and client engagement. To excel in this role, you must achieve monthly onboarding and revenue targets while ensuring smooth client onboarding by adhering to proper KYC procedures. A consultative sales approach will be essential to showcase our unique tech-led solutions. You will also be required to negotiate and finalize contracts with target clients, manage billing and collections, and track invoices for revenue targets.
