Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Associate Gig Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for a variety of gig positions across various departments within the company. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with gig workers, managing the recruitment process efficiently, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: - Source and identify qualified gig workers through various channels including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networking events. - Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule and conduct video interviews. - Assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit to ensure they meet the requirements of the gig positions. - Negotiate rates and contracts with gig workers. - Onboard new gig workers, providing them with necessary information and resources. - Manage the entire gig recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing to onboarding. - Build and maintain strong relationships with gig workers, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. - Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in gig recruitment. - Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies. - Assist with other recruitment-related tasks as needed. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field. - Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Experience in the gig economy is a plus. - Fluency in English, Hindi and one South-Indian language is mandatory (viz. Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam or Kannada).
