Program Summary

Our program is a technology-driven initiative focused on strengthening the capacity of teachers and students in school systems through contextual, scalable, and innovative interventions. By integrating digital tools, blended learning models, and interactive pedagogies, we aim to build teacher confidence and effectiveness in the classroom. The program offers structured training, mentorship, and access to curated digital resources that support continuous professional development. Through regular engagement, data-informed insights, and varied-level partnerships, we work to create sustainable improvements in teaching practices, ultimately enhancing student learning outcomes across diverse geographies.

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Associate to support program learning and decision-making through in-depth analysis of various pilot projects and implementation studies. The role requires collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting program data to generate actionable insights. The ideal candidate should have basic proficiency in data tools such as Power Bi, R or Stata, foundational knowledge of data analysis, and strong report writing and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in the design and implementation of small- and large-scale studies and pilot evaluations
• Conduct descriptive and basic inferential data analysis using tools like Power Bi, R, Stata, or Excel

·       Assist in integrating AI-driven tools into internal program dashboards and learning frameworks

• Collaborate with program teams to track key performance indicators and implementation metrics
• Prepare clear and concise analytical reports, case studies, and data summaries
• Support in the development of learning documents that capture successes, challenges, and recommendations from pilots
• Ensure data quality standards and ethical data handling practices are followed
• Participate in field visits as needed to support data collection, pilot tracking, and stakeholder feedback

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Education, Statistics, Development Studies, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in a research, data, or M&E role (experience in education or development sector preferred)
• Working knowledge of data analysis tools like R, Stata, or SPSS (basic proficiency expected)
• Interest in applying AI to improve program monitoring, early warning systems, or feedback loops
• Strong MS Excel and visualization skills
• Good understanding of basic research methods, survey tools, and data validation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Working Details

• A full-time, in-person role based in New Delhi, with occasional travel across India as required
• Remuneration will be between INR 30,000-38,000 CTC per month, based on relevant experience
