Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling:

    Initiate outbound calls to international customers to promote products/services, handle inquiries, and resolve issues. Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Customer Coordination:

    Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs and ensure seamless service delivery. Perform accurate data entry across various platforms.
  • Market Research:

    Conduct surveys and market research to identify business opportunities. Connect with international clients through email and LinkedIn for data collection and research purposes.
  • Customer Engagement:

    Engage professionally and courteously with customers, actively listen to their requirements, and provide appropriate information and assistance.
  • Performance Metrics:

    Consistently meet or exceed defined performance goals, including call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
  • Data Research & Analysis:

    Collect data on consumers, competitors, and the marketplace; consolidate information into actionable insights, reports, and presentations.
  • Lead Generation:

    Generate leads through web research, LinkedIn, and other online platforms to support business development efforts.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in

    market research, data analysis, or international voice process

    (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work in a

    night shift

    and meet performance targets.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with

    up to 15 days’ notice period

    are preferred.

Budget : Upto 36k PM
