Description

We are looking for a talented SAP Recruiters to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in the job market context of India and must possess expertise in C2H recruitment. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be a strong team player.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for SAP positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and ongoing relationship management
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and provide guidance on hiring decisions
Utilize recruiting tools and technology to effectively manage the recruitment process, including applicant tracking systems and job boards
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Skills and Qualifications

2-6 years of experience in SAP recruitment
Experience in C2H recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Experience with recruiting tools and technology, including applicant tracking systems and job boards
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
