Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

Reach out to HR leaders, Talent Acquisition heads, and decision-makers to understand hiring needs.
Pitch recruitment and executive search solutions tailored to client requirements.

Lead Management & Conversion:

Manage the complete lead-to-client conversion process.
Generate proposals, negotiate terms, and onboard new clients efficiently.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups.

Collaboration & Delivery Oversight:

Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure smooth delivery of talent solutions.
Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or escalations promptly.

Market Research & Strategy:

Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and client hiring patterns.
Develop strategies to approach new business opportunities and expand client base.

Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare periodic reports on leads, client acquisition, and revenue generated.
Track performance metrics to optimize business development efforts.
