Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Communications & Reporting Specialist to manage internal and external communications, dashboards, and reporting for our operations team. This role ensures leadership has timely and accurate insights into factory and supplier performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain dashboards for factory readiness and supplier status.
  • Provide concise updates to cross-functional leadership.
  • Support documentation, reporting, and escalation tracking.
  • Collaborate with program managers and engineers to gather data.
  • Ensure consistency and clarity in all communications.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in operations reporting or project coordination.
  • Proficiency in tools like PLX, Sql, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
