Reporting Specialist

You should have 2-3.5 years of experience and be responsible for the development and maintenance of reporting and analytics within the program. Your duties will include monitoring key performance indicators such as time-to-fill, engagement volume, vendor performance, and overall spend. Additionally, you will be expected to produce monthly dashboards, provide insights, and create leadership-ready summaries. Collaboration with Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to meet reporting requirements is also a key part of the role. In addition to the above responsibilities, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and be highly organized and detail-oriented. Familiarity with common information security principles and practices is also required.
