REPORTING SPECIALIST

Reporting Specialist is a support function to Service Delivery with focus on:

• Creating, maintaining, and distributing reports that provide insights into Service Delivery operations.
• Analyzing data, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights to support decision-making processes across the organization.
• Administration of business processes, customer service guides and documentation.

Main responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze data from various sources and tools to generate comprehensive reports.
• Create visualizations and dashboards that effectively communicate complex data insights.
• Optimization and automation of existing reports, tasks and processes.
• Maintenance and actualization of existing reports including PowerBI reports as well as daily, weekly, monthly deliverables for internal and external audience.
• Tracking and reporting on service level agreements, various key performance indicators and areas of interest..
• Support Compliance Managers through data gathering and processing, reporting activities and tasks like user revalidations etc.
• Supporting the administration process in Change Management, Incident Management and customer satisfaction.
• Document reporting processes and methodologies to ensure consistency and transparency.
• Provide training and support to users on how to interpret and utilize reports effectively.

• MS Office knowledge

• ITIL knowledge(preferred)
