Provide insights and recommendations based on capacity and availability trends to support capacity planning and risk mitigation. Required Skills and Experience: Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, macros/VBA, and data modelling. Proven experience with Power BI for building interactive dashboards and complex data visualizations. Hands-on experience with PRTG or equivalent network performance monitoring tools for data validation.
