We are hiring Reporting QA with skills in QA Testing, ETL Testing, Data Validation,SSRS, SSIS.

• Role: Reporting QA Engineer

• Job Location: All PSL Locations

• Experience: 3-8 years

• Job Type: Full Time Employment

What You'll Do:

• Perform validation testing of SSRS reports, ensuring data consistency between on-premises and cloud environments.
• Assist in identifying and utilizing appropriate tools to automate testing processes, reducing reliance on manual checks.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive testing plan to validate all in-scope reports.
• Ensure that the presentation and user experience of reports remain consistent post-migration.
• Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to address any discrepancies or issues.
• Provide detailed documentation and reporting on testing outcomes and identified issues.
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools and methodologies to enhance the QA process

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in QA roles, with a focus on reporting and data validation.
• Strong experience with SSRS report validation and testing.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and Snowflake.
• Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive testing plans.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with cloud data modernization projects.
• Familiarity with Power BI and Tableau.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
• Understanding data security and compliance requirements in cloud environments.
• Certification in relevant QA methodologies or tools.
