We are hiring Reporting QA with skills in QA Testing, ETL Testing, Data Validation,SSRS, SSIS.
Role: Reporting QA Engineer
Job Location: All PSL Locations
Experience: 3-8 years

What You'll Do:
- Perform validation testing of SSRS reports, ensuring data consistency between on-premises and cloud environments.
- Assist in identifying and utilizing appropriate tools to automate testing processes, reducing reliance on manual checks.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive testing plan to validate all in-scope reports.
- Ensure that the presentation and user experience of reports remain consistent post-migration.
- Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to address any discrepancies or issues.
- Provide detailed documentation and reporting on testing outcomes and identified issues.
- Stay updated with the latest testing tools and methodologies to enhance the QA process
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in QA roles, with a focus on reporting and data validation.
- Strong experience with SSRS report validation and testing.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server and Snowflake.
- Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive testing plans.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with cloud data modernization projects.
- Familiarity with Power BI and Tableau.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
- Understanding data security and compliance requirements in cloud environments.
- Certification in relevant QA methodologies or tools.
