Job Description

About Position:

We are hiring Reporting QA with skills in QA Testing, ETL Testing, Data Validation,SSRS, SSIS.

Role: Reporting QA Engineer
Location: AII PSL Location
Experience: 3-8 years
Job Type: Full Time Employment

What You'll Do:

Perform validation testing of SSRS reports, ensuring data consistency between on-premises and cloud environments.
Assist in identifying and utilizing appropriate tools to automate testing processes, reducing reliance on manual checks.
Develop and implement a comprehensive testing plan to validate all in-scope reports.
Ensure that the presentation and user experience of reports remain consistent post-migration.
Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to address any discrepancies or issues.
Provide detailed documentation and reporting on testing outcomes and identified issues.
Stay updated with the latest testing tools and methodologies to enhance the QA process

Expertise You'll Bring:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in QA roles, with a focus on reporting and data validation.
Strong experience with SSRS report validation and testing.
Hands-on experience with SQL Server and Snowflake.
Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive testing plans.
Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with cloud data modernization projects.
Familiarity with Power BI and Tableau.
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
Understanding data security and compliance requirements in cloud environments.
Certification in relevant QA methodologies or tools.
