Job Description

We’re Hiring: Finance & Operations Reporting Specialist On-Site | Andheri East, Mumbai Are you from a finance, commerce, or business background and love diving deep into data, reconciliations, and reporting? We’re looking for professionals who can work closely with US-based clients to own and drive the Management Reporting & Reconciliation function. Job Description: Prepare and review management reports blending financial and operational data Perform revenue reconciliations: expected vs actuals, subsidies, and billing Extract and analyze data from various internal and client portals Research and navigate portals to identify relevant data Coordinate with internal teams and client SPOCs Track and manage deliverables across teams Present findings in weekly and monthly client reports and meetings Maintain MoMs and ensure client expectations are clearly understood and met Requirements: Strong educational background in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration (Preferred: CA, MBA(Finance), Experienced CA Inter, CFA) Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookups, etc.) Strong English communication (written + spoken) Analytical mindset with experience in operational and financial reconciliations Ability to manage multiple deliverables and collaborate across teams This is a full-time, on-site position based in Andheri East, Mumbai (No hybrid/remote).
