We are looking for a talented Automation and Reporting Manager to join our growing team in India. This role will play a crucial part in strengthening our automation capabilities, driving process efficiency, and supporting our Saudi Arabia Command Center operations.

Role Overview

The Automation and Reporting Manager will be responsible for leading automation initiatives, developing insightful reports, and managing a remote team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power BI, Python, MS Access, and automation frameworks, along with strong people management and client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead automation and reporting initiatives to enhance operational performance and data visibility.

 Develop, maintain, and optimize automation workflows and dashboards using Power BI, Python, JavaScript, and MS Access.

 Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to identify automation opportunities and deliver end-to-end solutions.

 Act as the single point of contact (POC) for the Command Center SV clients, ensuring timely communication and service excellence.

 Manage and engage a remote team in Jordan, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery of shared objectives.

 Prepare regular reports, insights, and performance analyses for leadership and clients.

 Document automation processes, frameworks, and improvement recommendations for future reference.

 Implement corrective and preventive measures to avoid recurrence of system or process gaps. Required Skills and Competencies

 Proven experience in Power BI, MS Access, MS Integrated Tools, Python, and JavaScript.

 Working knowledge of UiPath, VBA, SQL, or similar automation tools is an added advantage.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-driven mind-set.  Excellent people management skills, especially in remotely managing cross-location teams.

 Strong client communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent Extensya as a trusted partner.

 High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications and Experience

 Minimum 6 years of experience in automation, reporting, or analytics roles.

 Graduate degree (mandatory); certifications in Power BI, Python, or automation tools preferred.

 Experience in analytics, shared services, automation, or command centre operations will be a strong advantage.
