Job Description :
The Manager – Renewal Sales will be responsible for driving subscription/license renewals and recurring revenue from existing customers. This role focuses on customer retention, upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring a smooth renewal process while building long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in IT B2B sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate with both customers and internal teams.
