Job Description :

The Manager – Renewal Sales will be responsible for driving subscription/license renewals and recurring revenue from existing customers. This role focuses on customer retention, upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring a smooth renewal process while building long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in IT B2B sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate with both customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end renewal cycle for assigned accounts, ensuring timely closure of contracts.
  • Achieve and exceed renewal sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Build strong customer relationships to improve retention and reduce churn.
  • Collaborate with account managers, customer success, and technical teams to resolve customer concerns before renewal.
  • Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and sales pipeline in CRM.
  • Negotiate renewal terms, pricing, and contracts in line with company policies.
  • Track customer usage patterns, product adoption, and satisfaction levels to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Provide insights and feedback from customers to product and marketing teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal processes, documentation, and governance requirements.

Requirement:

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B IT sales, with at least 2–3 years in renewal/retention-focused roles.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS, cloud solutions, or IT software products (e.g., enterprise software, subscription-based models).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Ability to analyze customer data and provide insights for retention strategies.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
