Proactively engage with accounts to understand their objectives, challenges, and opportunities. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Develop and execute adoption plans for Growth, Defend, and Develop accounts to maximize the value they derive from our products/services. Provide on-demand training resources, tutorials, and educational materials to Develop accounts. Coordinate advanced training sessions for Growth accounts to enhance their usage of our solutions. Monitor Defend accounts closely, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within Growth accounts, collaborating with the sales team for successful conversions. Utilize key customer success metrics to monitor account health and identify areas for improvement.
