Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive
Reltio MDM Developer
with strong hands-on expertise in building and enhancing Master Data Management solutions on the Reltio Cloud platform. Experience in the
Life Sciences domain (HCP/HCO, product, clinical data)
is mandatory. The role involves collaborating with business, governance, data engineering, and integration teams to deliver scalable and high-quality master data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure Reltio MDM components including L3/L2 data models, match & merge rules, survivorship logic, workflows, and validation rules.
- Implement data quality rules, cleansing logic, enrichment configurations, and entity relationships within Reltio.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand master data domains (Customer, Product, Vendor, HCP/HCO, etc.).
- Develop integrations using Reltio Integration Hub, Reltio REST APIs, and third-party ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, etc.).
- Enable and enhance data stewardship workflows, exception handling, and UI-based curation processes.
- Configure crosswalks, matchers, profiles, attribute groups, and metadata management.
- Participate in sprint planning, deployments, and Agile ceremonies.
- Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and release coordination.
- Maintain technical documentation, configuration specs, and data lineage.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in MDM development, with 3+ years specifically in Reltio Cloud MDM.
- Strong experience with Reltio data modeling, match/merge, survivorship, workflows, and UI configuration.
- Mandatory experience in Life Sciences domain (HCP/HCO, product data, affiliations, customer master, or regulatory datasets).
- Hands-on skills with Reltio Integration Hub, APIs, JSON, REST Services, and data exchange patterns.
- Good understanding of MDM concepts: entity modeling, hierarchy management, data quality, governance, and stewardship.
- Proficiency in SQL, data profiling, and analysis.
- Experience with API-led integration, ETL tools, and event-driven pipelines.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Reltio L3 framework, RDM, tenancy configuration, and performance tuning.
- Exposure to Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Veeva, IQVIA datasets, IQVIA OneKey, or Life Sciences CRM ecosystems.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, and automated deployment processes.
