Key Responsibilities

Reltio MDM

• Hands-on experience in

  Reltio MDM platform

  including:
  • Entity & relationship modeling
  • Match & merge rules
  • Survivorship rules
  • Data quality rules
  • Workflow configuration
  • UI model configuration
  • Integration using Reltio APIs
• Configure and support

  Reltio L3 activities

  , including issue triage and data fixes.

MDM & Data Quality

• Manage and maintain master data related to

  Healthcare Providers (HCP), Healthcare Organizations (HCO), Patients, Products, Clinical entities

  , etc.
• Execute MDM functional tasks: data load, validation, cleansing, enrichment, and stewardship activities.
• Perform data profiling, data quality analysis, and implement corrective rules.
• Build and enhance golden record creation through optimized match and merge configurations.

Life Sciences Domain Expertise

• Experience with Life Sciences data such as:

  • HCP/HCO data

    (AMA, Veeva, MedPro, IQVIA, Open Payments)

  • Product master data

  • Regulatory data

  • Clinical trial data

• Understanding of data compliance standards such as

  GxP, GDPR, HIPAA

  , preferred.

Integration & Technical Skills

• Work with integration tools such as:
  • Reltio Connect
  • Apache Kafka
  • Informatica Cloud (IICS) or other ETL tools
• Strong knowledge of

  REST APIs

  , JSON, and Reltio Integration Hub (RIH).
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support MDM integrations with CRM (Salesforce), ERP (SAP), and downstream applications.

Governance & Documentation

• Collaborate with business teams on stewardship workflows, data validations, and approvals.
• Create data dictionaries, process flows, mapping documents, and configuration documentation.
• Participate in Agile cere ies and ensure timely delivery of MDM enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 12 years of total experience

  in Data Management / MDM.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Reltio MDM

  (L2/L3).
• Strong knowledge of

  MDM concepts

  , data modeling, match/merge, survivorship, and DQ rules.
• Experience in

  Life Sciences domain

  is mandatory.
• Proficiency in

  SQL

  for data validation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
