Relationship Officer

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Source new home loan customers through direct sales, referrals, and leads. Identify potential markets and develop strategic relationships with builders, real estate agents, and housing project promoters. Meet assigned sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Promote HDFC’s mortgage products including Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Top-Up Loans. Customer Relationship Management Build and manage long-term relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Provide guidance and support throughout the loan application and disbursement process. Conduct home visits and property assessments when required. Documentation & Compliance Ensure accurate and complete documentation as per company and regulatory guidelines. Coordinate with internal credit, legal, and technical teams for timely processing of loan files. Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and other regulatory norms. Market Intelligence Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and changes in real estate and housing finance sectors. Provide feedback and suggestions to the product and marketing teams to stay competitive.
