Relationship Officer

As a Field Sales representative, your main responsibility will be to engage in on-field activities to facilitate business growth in new villages. Your role will involve sourcing potential customers, explaining loan product details, assisting in loan disbursement, and collecting EMIs from customer groups. Additionally, you will be required to have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license. Key Responsibilities: - Starting Business in a New Village - Identify and survey potential villages - Assist Branch Manager in feasibility & survey completion - Business Sourcing - Identify and meet potential female customers - Explain loan product details - Process application and verify KYC/residence - Disbursement Support - Assist in loan disbursement - Ensure accurate loan documentation - EMI Collection - Collect EMIs from customer groups - Deposit same day to bank & update Qualifications Required: - Candidate Type: Male - Age Criteria: 18-32 years - Education: H.S.
