Relationship Officer

Role Overview:

• Relationship Officers
• Loan Officers (Home Loan / Personal Loan / LAP)
• Business Development Executives
• Credit Card / Banking Product Sales Officers

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain customer relationships for banking products & services
• Achieve assigned sales and business targets (Loans, Credit Cards, Deposits, Insurance, etc.)
• Handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions
• Promote digital banking solutions and enhance customer experience
• Cross-sell financial products to new and existing customers
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and bank policies
• Experience in Sales field is an added advantage.
• 2-wheeler preferable
