Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Relationship Officer located in Raipur. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing business relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and handling sales. Daily tasks include engaging with clients, understanding their financial needs, offering suitable loan products, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The officer will also be expected to meet sales targets and ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
