Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in liabilities, gold loans, or relationship management.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through effective sales strategies.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Build and maintain a strong understanding of the bank's products and services.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry, particularly in liabilities, gold loans, or relationship management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
