Job Description

Position: Relationship Manager (RM)

Generate leads through market visits, references, and other channels.
Acquire and manage customers for NBFC and Home Loan products.
Conduct field sales activities to achieve assigned business targets.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Skills & Qualifications

2 to3 years of experience in
field sales
, preferably in NBFC or home loan sector.
Strong knowledge of loan products and financial services.
Proven track record in lead generation and client acquisition.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
