Ensure parents are informed about their child's preparedness for school exams and overall learning outcomes. Act as a bridge between UPRIO and parents, fostering trust and engagement. Address any concerns or queries parents may have regarding their child's academic performance. Maintain records of interactions and feedback from parents for internal reporting. Work closely with academic and sales teams to ensure smooth customer service engagement. Fully field-based role, requiring frequent travel for in-person meetings with parents. Requirement : Post Sales Experience of min 1 Year.
