The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the clients' business objectives and challenges and creating strategic recommendations based off of this understanding. You will do so by building a strong relationship with our clients and analyzing our clients' data. ROLE: Field Sales Manager Key Responsibilities: 1) Identify and connect with potential customers (parents, students, schools) through on-ground outreach. 2) Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate and convert leads. 3) Build strong relationships with local communities, schools, and education stakeholders. 4) Achieve and exceed sales targets through consistent field visits and follow-ups. 5) Maintain daily reports on sales activity, customer feedback, and market insights. 6) Collaborate with internal teams for campaign planning, lead generation, and marketing support. Requirements: Minimum 1โ€“3 years of experience in direct/field sales (preferred sectors: insurance, credit cards, pharma, FMCG, EdTech). Willingness to travel extensively within assigned districts of West Bengal. Strong communication and persuasion skills in Bengali and Hindi/English.
