Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including students, parents, and educational institutions. Daily tasks include addressing client inquiries, providing support and resources, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring overall satisfaction with our services. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in client relationship management and customer service Ability to handle client queries and provide timely solutions Experience in educational services or technology-based learning platforms is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in English and Bengali Show more Show less
