1 Portfolio Management regularly contacting and meeting portfolio clients.Profiling the clients and cross selling various products2 Acquiring new relationships through references and catchment mapping3 Sourcing Family a/cs to strengthen and enhance the relationship4 Cross selling various engagement products- FD, RD, SIP, Locker, debit andcredit cards ad this is an entry level segment5 Deepening of Portfolio by cross selling various revenue products likeAssets, TPP and Liabilities6 Ensuring the customers are meeting the criteria for Aspire relationships sourcing quality a/cs7 Achieving CASA and Total Deposit targets set for the RM8 Fee Revenue Fee revenue targets to be met by cross selling multipleproduct lines to all customers9 Mandatory certifications (AMFI and IRDA) and other internal trainingmodules to be completed10 Channel penetration like netbanking, mobile banking, Bill payments , SIregistrations and ASBA setup
