Profile: Relationship Manager (US & Canada Clients)

Experience: 1-3Yrs

Salary Range: 30k- 70k

Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and English-proficient Sales Relationship Manager (no fieldwork) to join our growing team. The role focuses on supporting sales operations, fostering long-term relationships with US and Canada-based clients, managing orders, and driving business growth through proactive engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to work with international clients, contribute to sales development, and achieve individual targets in a structured, process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Manage and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing customers.

  • Share product designs, quotations, and updates regularly with clients.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up and proactive communication.

  • Understand client requirements and purchase preferences to provide tailored solutions.

Sales & Business Development

  • Engage with customers to generate new business via upselling and cross-selling.

  • Support the business development team in achieving sales targets.

  • Ensure individual sales target achievement through focused and strategic efforts.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights for sales strategy.

Order & Process Management

  • Coordinate internally and externally for design creation, mock-ups, CAD files, and progress updates.

  • Upload product designs as per defined processes.

  • Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.

  • Handle order-related queries and provide support at every stage of the order cycle.

Customer Engagement & Support

  • Respond to client inquiries promptly, sharing product details, delivery timelines, and other information.

  • Provide effective solutions for customer concerns to ensure quick resolution.

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to recommend improvements in service quality and product offerings.

Reporting & CRM Management

  • Create and maintain regular sales reports with updates on customer interactions, orders, and sales activities.

  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to manage leads, track interactions, and ensure effective follow-ups.

  • Monitor sales metrics and provide insights to improve performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.

Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required).

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).

  • Solid understanding of sales processes and customer engagement dynamics.

  • Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
