Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Betul. The Relationship Manager will work closely with clients to maintain and build strong, trustworthy relationships. Core responsibilities include assessing customer needs, offering tailored financing solutions, managing client portfolios, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to optimize service delivery and resolve client concerns in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Relationship Management, Client Retention, and Customer Service skills
Problem-Solving, Needs Assessment, and Portfolio Management expertise
Communication and Interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
Proficiency in Financial Services or Loan Processing is a plus
