The Opportunity

HR Lead

You’ll work closely with the leadership team to drive organization design, talent acquisition, HR operations, compliance, and engagement across multiple states.

What You’ll Do

• Design and execute the HR roadmap aligned with business growth.
• Build HR processes: onboarding, payroll, performance, and employee lifecycle management.
• Set up HRMS and scalable policies for a multi-location fintech.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory frameworks (PF, ESIC, POSH, Shops & Establishment, RBI guidelines, etc.).
• Drive employee engagement, learning programs, and culture-building initiatives.
• Partner with leadership for organization design and team structuring.
• Travel regularly to oversee HR operations across MP, CG, and UP.

What You Bring

• Hands-on 8–12 years of HR experience in

  retail lending / NBFC / fintech

  environments.
• Strong understanding of

  HR and labour compliances

  applicable to financial institutions.
• Experience in

  setting up HR systems and processes

  in a start-up or early-stage company.
• Willingness to travel across operating states.

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources

  or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills in

  English and Hindi
