Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, facilitating real estate transactions, and providing end-to-end support to homebuyers during their property search. They will coordinate site visits, collaborate with developers and financial institutions, and ensure smooth property registration processes. The role also involves addressing client queries, creating customized property recommendations, and achieving sales performance targets through a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

Strong client relationship management and communication skills
Knowledge and experience in property sales, real estate markets, and transaction coordination
Ability to conduct market research, present data, and offer personalized property recommendations
Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office applications, and data analytics tools
Results-driven mindset and effective negotiation skills
Capability to work on-site and provide exceptional client experiences
Relevant degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred
Prior experience in the real estate or sales industry is advantageous
