Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Partner Empanelment:

    • Identify, evaluate, and onboard channel partners/brokers in line with business objectives.
    • Develop a pipeline of potential partners across relevant regions and segments.
    • Negotiate and formalize agreements with brokers and ensure compliance with company policies

Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with empaneled channel partners.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners to address their queries and ensure support.
    • Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and engagement initiatives to motivate partners.

Business Development:

    • Drive business growth by achieving sales targets and KPIs through channel partners.
    • Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue potential from existing partners.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and enhance the partner ecosystem.
