Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager

As a member of the Primary Sales team in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in converting prospects into customers by showcasing suitable primary residential properties that meet their investment needs. You will utilize leads provided by the Marketing team and also generate self-leads through local activities such as procuring relevant databases and conducting on-ground activities in corporates and clubs. Your responsibilities will include taking prospects for site visits, addressing their queries, and coordinating with the Developer or PropTigers Developer Relations Team for any necessary clarifications. It is essential to ensure compliance with operational processes and guarantee that prospects and customers are satisfied with their interactions with PropTiger at every touchpoint. Furthermore, you will be expected to provide after-sales services and support customers in obtaining Home Loans. Ideal candidates for this role should possess a Graduation/MBA degree, have a positive attitude towards conducting 2-3 meetings daily, and derive satisfaction from sales activities. Direct sales experience, excellent communication skills, the ability to comprehend prospect requirements, and the capability to propose property solutions effectively are essential. A high level of passion and ownership in delivering exceptional sales outcomes is also highly valued.
