Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager

Role Overview: As a Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility will be to convert prospects into customers by showcasing appropriate primary residential properties, matching their investment needs. You will be expected to use leads provided by the Marketing team and generate self-leads through local activities to convert them into customers. Additionally, you will take prospects for site visits, address their queries, and coordinate with the Developer or PropTigers Developer Relations Team for clarifications when necessary. Your role will also involve ensuring compliance with operational processes, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction at all touchpoints, providing after-sales services, and assisting customers with home loans.
